Facility Fee: $200/hour (Holiday rates will vary). In addition the following fees will be applied:
- Up to 20 guests $300.00
- 21-40 guests $450.00
- 41-60 guests $650.00
- 61-80 guests $900.00
- 81-100 guests. $1,200.00
Event Insurance Required for all bookings:
“We require all of our guests to purchase day-of event insurance listing My Party Place as an additional insured, providing a copy to us no later than 30 days before the event date. These policies can be purchased through our insurance partner, Indemn: https://indemn.ai/partners/my-party-place. This platform ensures you obtain the required policy and also has additional coverage options available if desired. Once purchased, proof of your coverage is automatically sent to us.”
